Sir,
1. I have booked a flat in under construction township developed by Lodha Dwellers Pvt ltd, Mumbai at Kalyan-Shil Road, Domvibili named as Casa Bella Gold.
2. The 20 percent payment and car parking (on the name of different firm) has been paid to builder. The regn of agreement for sale has been done on 11 Feb 11 at Sub registrar Kalyan-3. I am in possesion of regd agreement.
3. I want to know that is this the suffice documents binding on developer to handover flat to me in 2013. Any fresh regn of property needs to be done post possession. Anything fishy observation in this. The project has been approved by SBI, HDFC, LIC etc and got loan sanction fron HDFC.
