Hi Sir/Madam,
we are in a problem of land settlement..about 15 years back my fathers brothers wrote an agreement sort of thing on 100 stamp paper..saying that for a total of 5.5lacs debt has to be clear by my father. for clearing that debt my father brothers total of 5 have written on 100 stamp paper that 15acres of land given to my father and mentioned that they will come to registration at any time ...as time limit is not mentioned in that stamp paper....now one of his brother is coming to that land saying that he has a share of 3acres. if we go legally...do we have any chance of winning that....as my father sold all my remaining properties to clear that debt(i.e.5.5lacs). we are not in a position to register that due to lac of registration amount. please suggest me the gud one
