if the agreement tolease is a registerable document?

if he parties are willing to register the agreement to leasehow much stamp duty and registration charges will be paid on agreement to lease?

but one question shall i clarify is the agreement to lease and lease agreement is one and the same

if not, is the agreement to lease shall be in 100/- is enough or not

or if it is lease agreement wt is the effect
