Agri land partition dispute

Family partition done already in my family with brothers and sisters. this was also registered.

After few years me and my elder brother bought some agricultural lands as a joint property. patta also in joint names.

There was a dispute in our joint business in the year 2004. At that time we were divided in business and written something in a white paper(it is not a stamp paper just a white sheet) with middlemen. the contents of the white paper not clearly mentioning about the above said property.

But now my brother is telling that the total agri land is his own. i am telling the property is a joint property. so i need 50 percent in it. my question is,

apart from document and patta, is there any value for that white sheet written with middle men in the year 2004? if he move to court, will the court accept that white paper?

If in the purchase deed the name of purchaser contains your name you will get 50% share or the payment to the seller is made by joint a/c you and your brother chances r there in getting the share.
