Agricultural land

hi,

after my husbands grandfathers death ,my father in law and his brother got 15 acres of agricultural land after separation.  agriculure is the occupation. Now fatherinlaw acquired 60 acres of a land and a new home in his name. he is having a wife, 4 sons and 2 daughters.  what is my husbands share in the ancestaral property, fathers self acquired property? do my  2 minor daughters have any rights in the ancestaral land? my father in law is not willing to give land to my husband as he is working. we are from karnatak.

please reply.

thanks.

My father in law is a farmer. He has purchased 45 acres of agri land after separation and it is in his name. he has given some land to my 3  brothers in law(not registered)  but left my husband as we dont have son but 2 daughters.. Can my husband ask his share in the agri land, new house built by my father in law, old house and  land(kana)  by great father inlaw? what could be the share of each one?
