Hi Advocates,
I had taken agriculture land for lease & 5 lakh as advance and yearly rent of 1.5 Lakh.
now its almost 10 months due to covid its going loss. Now i planned to quit and asked owner to cancel agreement. i have paid the rent.
1. Now owner is asking 6 months time refund the money.
2. he says he will give 2 cheque for 2.5 lakh for every 3 months,
3. he asking to handover the land and take 2 cheque.
What is the procedure can i take 2 cheque and handover the land. pl let me know what process i need to follow.
