Airtel post paid bill charged 22 thousand for 2 hrs

I have problem on my airtel post paid bill generated. need assistance how to proceed.

I activated the roaming over call by customer service executives for a week time, and It is their responsibility to tell the complete detail not after generating bill.

 
My charges I compared with airtel site
1. incoming shown 35 rs but bill generated rate 72.12,and outgoing shown 55 rs but bill generated 118.12.
 
 
where in singapore only they give 10 hrs overseas talk time for 500 RS but Airtel  for 2.45 min i was charged as 22,000 RS. 
 
Please suggest me

visit airtel gallery with your grievances in writing and take acknowledgment, thereafter visit their nodal officer or customer grievance cell and take their view point. If still they do not concede to your grievances file a complaint before the consumer court.
