Hello, I have to pay alimony to my wife which I promised to her at the time of second motion after getting decree. For safer side I ll deposit that amount in favour of Principle Judge. My question is can I deposit that amount in court before one month of second Motion, as I will not have that much balance at the time of filling petition at the time first motion.
Please guide me on above matter.
