alimony share

Pls advice..main sasural mein hee rehti hun.jab husband divorce file karta hai tab wife agar alimony claim karti hai and agar sasural wala ghar ek ancestral property hai toh kya property mein wife share maang sakti hai alimony ki tarah? Inherited property mein husband ka share banta hai toh kya divorce ke baad bhi wife life long sasural meon rehne ka adhikaar maang sakti hai?

Shivani... Aapka husband kyon divorce petition file karte hai? Legally, Inhertied property mein aapka koi adhikaar nahi hai. Aapko, apna marriage save karna hai ki .. nahi? Nahi to, AliMoney se kya faidha? Aap yek kam karke kamayiyena...
