Dear Yogesh,

As far as the High Court of Andhra Pradesh is concerned when the matter is listed and after hearing of the same by the concerned judge and basing on the matter and the adjournment asked by the respective counsel the case will be again listed as directed by the Hon'ble Judge. Further, one can be check out their cases as per their case numbers, advocate's name, judge's name etc., on the internet i.e., https://causelists.nic.in so one can know their status of case and when it will be listed etc.,

Further, there is a Registry which will take care of the dates and when the case should be listed before the concerned Judge. However, only Judges are competent to give the next date of hearing but if the proceedings are silent it is for the Registry to look into and list the case.

regards.
