Am i eligible for gratuity

If you rendered uninterrupted service for these years you should be eligible.

Employer could have paid the gratuity in FNF settlement. You may enquire from HR of your company for reason of non payment. Then you may apply to good offices of appointing authority, MD, Head-HR, and in case of no response, delay may approach o/o Controlling authority which could be DLC in your case.
