This is regarding our amalgamation of society in Mumbai with adjacent co op society for the purpose of redevelopment. Our coop society is situated in plot purchase private layout of 5 societies sanctioned by MCGM.Every society has got sanctioned separately its plot from MCGM. All societies together have purchased land for internal roads and required open space (RG) about 40 years back. Now we want to go for the composite redevelopment with our adjacent society which is outside our layout.Though it is said ,it is possible ,we want the opinion based on MCGM recent rules and regulations and as per DCPR 2034 before going ahead. Please guide.
