i want to amend appeal in DRT.THE PRESENT advocate seeking huge money to amend.sale notice 30 days is at last date.what is procedure to bring amendmend in appeal .can urgent hearing cum stay application can be submitted . auction price is 52 lacs ,current due is rs 23 lacs -what will be court fees in drt.earlier bank had been allowing in auctoned news paper that before starts auction ,borrower can deposit money -to postpone auction .but now such conditon is not given news paper. procedure in sec 8[6] SI act ,perhaps come into change ,hence after publication of auction ,borrower is debarred to deposit money .pl guide non implementation of sec 26 d in central registry may be cause of stay .
