Dear Experts,
I have a case at District Consumer Forum for deficiency in services and unfair trade practice against builder. The case is at stage of filing "Evidence in Affidavit" but, I need to ammend the complaint in order to include some new incidents/ facts that occured after the original complaint was filed.
My question is, whether are we allowed to carry on amendment at evidence stage in District Consumer Forum? If Yes, Under which section
