Amendment rules

Dear Experts and all,

Can a petitioner amends his/her petition after filing?

If yes then at what time/point/situation a petitioner can do amemdments in his petition?

Can a other / third person can obtain the certified copies of an Court Order other than original party/concern case parties?

1.  Yes. By moving appropriate application seeking the permission to amend the petition and satisfying the court for such amendments, one can amend his petition.

2.  Yes.  Third party can get the certified copy of orders in the decided cases.

any time and with a valid reason a petitioner can amend his petition by duly taking permission fo the court

It depends on the petition filed and the intention to amend the same with valid reasons substantiated and supported by evidences.  The court orders can be obtained by a third party too by filing a supporting affidavit giving valid reasons for the same.
