Respected sirs/Madams, my problem regarding ancestral agricultural land dispute as below:-
1. My grandfather had given 2acres each to my chachaji and to my father as shown in Fig -1

2. West side also neighbor’s land.
3. On East side owners land from whom grandfather purchased these four acres. We are on possession since 45 -50 years. After death of my father, my chachaji deceitfully enjoying the Tadi trees. Hence my elder brother had brought to the notice of Village elders and settled the matter and sketched on white paper indicating our respective portions of land as shown in Fig-1.
4. After death of my elder brother, my chacha ji, deceitfully submitted the witness to the Honorable sub court of law in Kodad Taluq, and got court Order by changing the boundaries, so that his 2acres are facing NH-9 (North) as shown in Fig-2.

5. My chacha ji has not shown the papers and kept with as long as he was alive.
6. After death of my chacha ji, we own brothers (three) and cousin (son of chacha ji), mutually have arrived to one common understanding and made partition agreement as shown in Fig-3.

7. We all signed and settled the matter. Accordingly my cousin(1 acre i.e. half acre in his first portion and half acre in his second portion), my younger brother and my elder brother’s daughter’s portion of half acre total 2 acres sold to jasper motors company.
8. I have registered the my portion of half acre and got title deed (pass books and pahani)
9. After death of my mother, as our brothers (our younger brother and cousin cunningly and deceitfully) are not coming forward for selling the remained portions combined, again we changed our portions of land directions to all are facing to NH-9 so that all are having path way and individually can sell at any time on our wish and will as shown in Fig-4

10. As per Fig-4, we all signed on bond paper. We all got easement for our portions of land. For this we have sacrificed 7 and ½ guntas of land (worth of 10lakhs) to our cousin in order to change directions towards North (NH-9).
11. After one or two days my younger brother & cousin said one industrialist want to purchase our land. I said OK, we will sell. We all agreed and taken a token amount of biyana of Rs 25,000/- as token amount for our portion. My cousin also taken Rs 25000/-.
12. But unfortunately my cousin sold his portion to that one industrialist at the rate of. 50lakhs per acre approx without our consent as per old documents and breaching all these family agreements.
13. Now my portion of land and my younger brothers portion of land and my elder brother’s daughter’s portion land has become isolated i.e. having no path way leaving our portions of land behind his portion of land.
14. Surprisingly my younger brother is not cooperating with me.
15. I have requested to my cousin, though we are giving 7 and half guntas of land he has not taken and left the our portion behind. How we walk. Since 45-50 years we are walking towards NH-9 only. When my grandfather purchased 4 acres, having facing i.e. path way to North only. Now we are unable to get path way. No easement for our portions of land. What I have to do.
16. Somebody telling that “ I have to purchase path way from my cousin or defacto purchaser”. Somebody telling that “As per property easement Act, cousin should leave path way and he has to sell. Somebody telling, final family settlement agreement will be valid, consult a lawyer”.
17. I strongly believe that my younger brother who is working as real estate broker., might played a role in rechanging and selling the land. Although his portion of land also affecting & not getting easement, why he is not cooperating.
18. As I am working in Min of Defence, I am not staying in my local /village area..
19. Please guide me and suggest how to tackle the issue.
