My portion of land sold my my cousins and own brothers. I have filed a Original Suit no 133/2017 in junior civil court Kodad Of Telangana state against buyers and sellers. Now case is at issues stage since three years.
At is juncture the buyer again sold the same my portion of land to another person and registered with SRO Kodad . What shall I do. My advocate is not showing interest and rarely talking on phone.
Please suggest suitable course of action

What is the reason your advocate not showing interest? if he is not interested then you change your advocate.

Basically mistake was from my side. I couldn't choosen nearest lawyer. He is already working in sr civil court in his native place. I have erroneously or hurrily choosen him.
My case is in junior civil court which is 20 km from his Court of daily working. He has given one lawyer and he is not attending regularly.
So couldn't go back. But he rarely talking and forgetting about case. Everytime I have to feed back about case.
Please suggest suitable course of action
