Taking into consideration the present model bylaws of co-operative housing societies in Maharashtra State - can ammendments as below is Justified :
"providing transport services" to its members though only 20 % to 25 % members only of the total society's membership strength stay inside the housing society including the following:
(1) Buying vehicles or leasing vehicles
(2) Employing drivers
(3) Day to day maintenance of the vehicles
(4) Carrying on repairing work of the vehicles
Am I right in saying that the above objective is against the model bylaws of co-operative housing societies because the above proposed ammendments to the existing bylaws are the ones to be carried out by the Residents Welfare Association and not by the co-operative housing societies itself ?.
