Ancesteral property

My father inherited 54 acres of land from his ancestors.

I am the only son from my father's first marriage and following the death of my mother my father married again.

My father has two sons from my step mother. My step mother has been really mean to me ever since and it was my cousins/uncles who took care of my education. I was always there for my father in his time of need.

Now my father is dead and when he died our family property was 66 acres. Presently my step-mother and her sons have amassed property upto 80 acres.

I wish to lay claim to my property and would like to know what is the land that I can claim. I am afraid my step-mom and her sons might have forged the will of my father, so would like to know my legal right over the land.
