Ancestral property

I am expected to get a share in ancestral land which is owned over generations. The number of male members are over 80.

Also have ancestral house to be shared by 3 families .

Do female members in my family have right in my share? ( my aunts and my sisters)

Yes, females are also coparceners so they have equal share along with males in the ancestral property.

The coparcenary rights given to the daughters by the 2005 Amendment would be available only if their father was alive at the time of coming into force of the 2OO5 Amendment.

My father died in 1994. does this mean that this will not apply to female members of the family.?
