Ancestral property

My grandfather has 2 brothers.

They have ancestral property of 24 acres.

40 years ago these 3 brothers purchased another 12 acres.

20 years ago family property division happened between these 3 brothers.

Other 2 brother got ancestral property of 24 acres and my grandfather got this purchased 12 acres as his part.

Will this property now considered as ancestral property or my grandfather's own property?

Ancestral....Now your grandfather forms a co parcenery with his family ( wife, children etc ) and they have a right on it ..i.e on 12 acres....
