Ancestral property

Dear Sirs,

we have a ancestral property (dispute land) at bangalore,

My Father has 7 brothers(he is 5th) , and RECENTLY 15 days back i received a Civil Court Judgement ORDER copy dated 16/08/2007 stating that the property is divided in to 6 shares instead of 7 shares.

The judgement says that my FATHER has not at all sought for his share at court. NOW my question is that,

1. do i have rights to get that share as a Grand son.

2. do i file a suit at civil court.

pls help me
