Dear Concerns,
iam belong to sikh family of punjab ,my father had done second marriage after the death of his first wife .he had a son from his first wife & me & my two sisters from seconed wife. my moher was also passed away in 2001.now my father is also passed away.
my father has some Ancestral Property in punjab ( agricultural land + residencial property). now after his death i have raised the request for intkaal the property on the name of all the kids (4 kids). same has done by partwari .
my brother is also expired & now his wife is saying that she should get the 50% of share from my father property being a wife from his first wife son.
now i got a call from patwaari also that she should get 50% of share.but he hanvent shared this thing while i have requested for intkaal.
I need a your legal opioin on the same ,as per my knowledge same should be divided as 1/4 th share to each of us. but i want legal view as per property LAw in punjab.
