Ancestral property law

Does the concept of Ancestral Property apply to Parsees', where properties have been passed down by properly executed wills, or does it only apply to Hindu Undivided Families.

Alternatively, even if the wills are contested, would the concept of Ancestral Propoerty still apply to Parsees'.

Are there any known rulings in HC or SC on the question.

Your responses will be highly appreciated.

Thanks / Regards.

a will fraudulently was obtained by some person who claims to be nephew of the deceased though the deceased was the only son of his father and his father ,too, was the only child of his father. The will is not registered.

deceased had earliear made a registered will as his grand daughter as beneficiary. Which of the above two wills are Legal?
