I have questions on our ancestaral property.
property is in dad's name and it is inherited from my grand father. My dad demolished the complete old structure and built a new house on the same land in 1999.
My questions:
1) is ther any way that wiht out my concent, the property being gifted to my own broher by my dad ?
2) If at all any of my singed blank white paper will allow my family members to misuse that document as my concnent and would have made a gift deed in my brother's name ?
3) if above points are legally true and a possibility, how do i recover the same from them , should i go legally ?
