Hi

My name is ravi i am working  in bangalore,my Grand father has ancetral property in my native which has he got from my grandfather's father.my grand father has two daughters and two sons.my grand father has passed away in 1996 and my mother has passed away in 2006.my mother is the elder one and i am the only son for her and my father and my mother has diversoed but not thru court and now in this my grand father property is there any share will be there for me.and in property records my mother's name is there does this hold any weighteage.from my childhood i was grown up in my grandfather house only and my mother has married in 1974 i belive(no records are there ) please let me help whether i hold any % in this property.

Your mother is a co-parcener in view of the amended Hindu Succession Act.  She had share in her ancestral property.  As such you have got share in your mother's share.

Dear sir

i can ask my mother's brothers are want sell the property now in this regard i can ask them to remove my share and sell only there part is it possiable.
