Annulled marriage legal papers

Does the court provides any legal documents in case of annulled marriage declaring the marriage as Null & void?

Yes family court will issue decree of nullity, declaring your marriage null and void along with the order and judgment to this effect.

Yes family court issues decree of nullity, declaring marriage null or void. For this you can file divorce case in family court.
