I have been now married ( so called) for 1 year 4 months. it was an arrange marriage where we knew each other for a long time and interacted mostly virtual as I was in different country. Till now there is no physical relationship between us and it is very clear that my husband is suffering from impotency. I have given him lot many chances to atleast approach doctor but of no use.
Also he was caught for emotional infidelity in online chats etc.
My question is Can I file for ANNULMENT and not divorce now? What is the process and How long will it take?
