Hello, i came to know that spouse name is different and her parents are different after 1 year of marriage. She immediately left and filed 498a. We are separated more than 6 years now. Is this valid to file for annulment now. I.e after separation of 6 years ? Thanks. |  |
What were you doing till now? You can get this marriage anulled as she lied about her name and her parents name.
