What are the grounds for annulment of marriage under the haeding "fraud"
The spouse(wife) has an illicit child at the time of marriage. This fact was kept hidden in order to get the consent for marriage from the husband. This material fact about the spouse was discovered after 6 months of marriage due to the abnormal behaviour of wife. Petition has been filed for annulment. But the wife in her counter petiton stated that, everything was disclosed before marriage and also the marriage was attended by the child. All these are wrong statements for which proofs are available with the husband.
How can the husband defend his case and what are the evidence can he produce before the court to strenghthen his case . Kindly advice
