Another blast 498a

Hi,

Please advise......

1. Filed RCR in Delhi........hearing date will be in March 2015.

2. Got notice from Aligarh family court on 28.02.2014 but couldn't appear due Mother's death and problems. Also court was vacant for long.

3. Should I follow first notice or wait for second.

4. Now court is on I want to reply her maintenance as she has left me for no reason also there is 5 years pshychological history which was not revealed till marriage. Her stay period is 8 days without physical relation and from last 3 yrs she is with her parents.

My strategy is to stop her maintenance end move towards mutual.

If you don't wish to stay with her then why did you suit RCR. My opinion is boycott all HMA.

Please note that live-in relationship is legal if and only if the girl with whom your doing it is unmarried.

Avoid any divorced / married girl and look for any good unmarried girl and start live-in relationship

( ** Marry Secretly ** ).

Please remember divorced girl might have 498A and other dispute background.

Please don't make any evidence of second marriage like -

a) Second marriage certificate (Marriage should properly solemnized before any lawful authority.)

b) Any evidence that proves that the second marriage has been done by the Hindu religious rites (e.g. invitation cards, marriage photo, any eye-withness etc.)

After that, keeping your girl friend in your motor bike, drive in front of her

She will understand what she have lost
