Anticipatory bail

Request you to reply on below regarding queries on Divorce case. Fear that my wife may use 498A.

1) What is procedure to apply for Anticipatory Bail. Currently i m staying at Pune(for job) and wife at hometown which is other district (mine & her same hometown district).

2) Where i have to apply for Anticipatory Bail at current location or hometown district location.

3) What is amount charge for bail application.

Sir in this case for me Pune or my hometown is my judirisation. one more how much day before I can apply for Anti bail. And is their any validity of anti bail.
