Dear sir my wife had given complaint for 498a , the police asked tp give her things and jewels we did the same. I'm a NRI, after coming to abroad she disconnected the communication. Later the police said they did not take the complaint and asked my wife to give complaint when I'm back in india . My wife is insisting to not to show kid on video call and constantly saying to come to India for further talks and she is telling after that only she will show kid. One of the reporter from kavalaragazine is friend to their family and he is using his police circle to help them. I askey lawyer to get anticipatory bail,my lawyer is telling that if I get antipactory bail the court will confirm and take as I did something unlawful. My question is applying anticipatory bail and getting it will affect in case and took as matter of fact that I have committed crime and hence applied for the same if he gives or files complaint.
