My cousine is the 4th Accused of a case in IPC section 326.the Accused no:2 and 3 granted the bail.But the 1st accused didnt take tha bail from district magistrate 1st.The case happened before 7 months.Now we file the Anticipatory Bail in gigh cour for A1,A4,A5. Can we get the bail from 1st class magistrate????
