1. You have posted previous thread with more details and your apprehension about FIR.
2. Has FIR been registered? What are allegations? Are you simply apprehending a complaint by your inlaws?

The facts are so vague and half baked that it is impossible for any expert to comment.

Hi Vibha,

I am thinking of to move away from inlaws soon, and than they will either file a case of custody for my daughter and relating to that they file a 304B and 306 as in today's these are the weapons for any  inlawsto harasse a innocent. As per my knowledge from the blog and internet. So i am preparing myself to fight for justice, as they are doing very unfair to me. Not allowing any relatives even my parrent, sister to my premises to meet with my daughter, Even i got a knowledge that if custody come in place who ever got the custody but my parrents and me will get the visitation right in a week for a worst case. But i am 100% sure i will won as i did nt do any wrong. that is why they are living with me.

MR Augustine what more info you need to predict and what u find is vague? i think its sufficient ground to give a comment.

Now i just need a comment on AB bail. chances to get the bail on this ground
