I am working Indias Top company & I have some concern mentioned below.
1) I have resigned from duty with three month notice period & my last working day will be 25th Jun.
But company is nether paying me my neither annual performance bonus nor Company profit share bonus.
In my appointment letter bonus is not considered as annual bonus as CTC.
In appointment letter mentioned Bonus will be decided upon performance & allowed ma 30%.
What should I do?
2) Company permitting only 4 leaves to avail LTA in notice period , If I take more leaves then notice period will be increased respectively.
Company nether ready to adjust my notice period with my pending leave nor adjusting with equivalent salary.
I have total 45 PL & if I Encashed the leaves then I will get only 25 % of total gross salary (Only Basic).
Company changed 3 month notice period policy by saying company can change terms & condition law.But company had not taken signature of employees ,they publish notice period only through company internal web page.
I signed my appointment letter before 5 years & if company have changed policy after 5 years & I am not agree with this policy then what should I do ?
Can I fight with company in court by taking support from other employees? I will get support more than 1000 employees .
Please guide me.
