My clent had formed a layout 18 years back and sold all the sites and he had kept two sites and inbetween 25 feet road is shown in layout plan, in future he sold one more site also and in the remaining site he has constructed a factory encroaching 10 ft of the road now after lapse of 17 years the other site owners are demanding my client to demolish the encroached place of 10 ft of the road how can i safeguard my client. it is an industrial area and layout was formed by my client.
