Any update on irbm law ?

if the bill is not passed as it is in the 15th lok sabha then the same bill be sent to the law department and if needed again changes will be made and it not it will be sent to lok sabha if the demand is there for that particular bill and even they think if introducing that bill will benefit there party or harm the party in future
