I have booked an apartment in the year of 2012, and I was promised to hand over by Dec 2014, the block which I booked has only basement constructed, the whole construction is on hold for more than 6 months now, the director of the company GreennTree - Sathya, has left to US and keep on postponing the construction.
Need help on this and will require an Lawyer to help in filing a proper case against this
