Apostasy

Is wife who has done apostasy(proven in court) from Islam is liable for maintenance and any other rights who has filed DV and she and her counsel absent in court for last six months for my cross after her cross is over.Hon'ble Court had Issued memo and lastly applicant has been put cost of Rs.1500/- by the Hon'ble court

No women not liable for maintenance. But as she is absent for past 6 month need to pay that amount.

File application u/s 35b CPC ( Cost for causing delay) to impose penalty on her.

Apostasy is not ground for rejection of reliefs under DV Act. She may come to court, for grant of  reliefs as per the act
