My application to transfer my civil suit to another court on basis of bias was dismissed by the Distt Judge with costs.
I shall be grateful for expert advice regarding:
1. The appeal to High court whether writ petition, revision or appeal is appropriate;
2. The time limitation 30 days, 60 days or 90 days;
3. If any formalities are required before appeal i.e.permission to appeal.
