am an accussed in 138 and filed u/s 482...and got stay my stay was vacated as process fee was not submitted. can the stay be taken back on proceedings after notice are issued and the court denies to put back the stay order what should i do? experts kindly help

usualy stay granted in interim application only. request the judge take main case i.e. main 482 petition.

after vacation of stay due to non filing of PF, we applied again for restoration of stay after we had submitted PF but it was agan declined. stay is important as otherwise trial proceedings will start. so can we appeal in double bench or shall we file a new stay application if it can be done.
