Appeal in delhi high court

One of our client has received divorce decree in Jan 2020 and filed caveat in Delhi High Court. The opponent today filed appeal in Delhi High Court, and their counsel has informed that he has filed case in HC and wishes to send us notice either through Watsapp or email. My question is when Lock down is there , how can a family suit be appealed in High Court in urgent matters. Does not it is abuse of Law. Urgent matters in my view should be Murder, Rape, Robbery etc.
