Appeal in high court for sec24hma

hi,

in my divorce case, family court awarded huge maintenance in sec24 hma. i filed a petition for appeal in high court against the huge order.

1. stay is not yet given by high court yet but FC judge is insisting to pay some amount, which i did already. but he is saying to show the stay order or pay the amoun to wife. Please advice how to stop this, i already got the MP in high court and immeidate notices also sent to wife.

2. yesterday while cleaning the house, i came across some of the documents of my wife.

    a) in one document for applying data entry operation position, she wrote a letter to the head of the institute stating to provide her job and also stated she got dtp experience for 3 months. this letter is before our marriage date. so this implies she worked temporartily and was trying for work/job away from her home city. will this be useful in high court petition for sec24hma order

   b) i also got so many bank related hall tickets "clerical positions", probationary officers, railway officer positions like hall ticket, etc. all these for getting government jobs. will this help me in sec 24hma appeal?

   c) some other private companies call letters for jobs. will this be useful?

Please let me know how these material documents help me in DV, 498a, family divorce case.

Dear, These will help you in reducing her amount of maintenance.... And that she has been concealing these facts.... U can also file a case for perjury against her on the basis of these documents .... Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450
