The Petitioner filed a P.A. in the year 2011, During the court Proceedings submitted the evidences. Some evidiences are in form of Electgronic Media, mobile conversation a CD alongwith the text scriptt was submitted well in time .. The earlier lawers of the petitioner without the notice of the petitioner closed the evidence. However just on the nick of this clouser of ev idence Court Commissioner was appointed and he scrutinized the submissions /heard CDs and tallyed typed scriptt. 99% the Report is in Petitioner 's favour, no anomolies. The erstwhile lawer closed the evidence and took her vakalatnama back as she /he was not interested. Petitioner appointed another Lawer. He/She gave an application to Re-open the Cross of the Respondant. Submitted /Cited Supreme Court's Judgements on the subject . the Application is rejected say on 04/12/2016. Want to appeal against the said order. Please guide me.
