with respect to my mcd case i have receipt for 25 lakhs in 100rs stamp paper and payment of 25 lakhs fact is neglected to be quoted by lawyer in mcd petition.
my cunning wife wrote on mcd petition itself that she does not want to continue mcd petition and nothing more than that. i have been asked to see her endorsement on mcd petition and directed to put my signature on petition as noted. family court judge dismissed my mcd petition by making order of dismissal on mcd petition itself.
i have applied in family court for the page of mcd petition containing her dismissal order and awaiting for it. they told me to come after 10 days.
