Appeal time

Sir,

please tell me the time limit for filing appeal in the High Court against the order of conviction by sessions court under NI Act?

Is the accused on bail granted by the HC?If so the appeal should have been submitted along with the bail application.Ofcourse the limitation for filing appeal is 90 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy.
