Appeal under mrtu&pulp act

Hi,

I am a recently qualified advocate. I have a question. I hope seniors in this forum will be able to help me out.

The labour court passed an interim order against us under Section 30(2) of the MRTU & PULP Act, 1971.

We wish to appeal the order. However, we do not know where to appeal and under which section the appeal is preferred. Section 42 states that an appeal can be made against a conviction or acquittal. Here it is only an interim order. Section 30 states that the court has the power to review interim orders passed by it. However, I wish to know if there is a way to go on revision to the Industrial Court? If so, can someone please explain to me how this is done? Format if any? Also under what provision of law can this appeal be made. Any judgments will also be useful.

Thank you so much for your time. I am most grateful.
