Appealing at the sessions court against im order u/s dv act

Hello Experts,

I would like to ask you after appealing to the sessions court against interim maintenance order passed under DV act, will the judicial magistrate first class court at kalyan be still running the case simultaneously or will it wait until the sessions court draw a conclusion ?

unless granted stay by the session court,the case will run simultaneously.Pray a Stay.

Approach to Sessions court, ask first for stay on proceedings in the Magistrate court. Even if immediately you wont get stay, your lawyer should let the Magistrate know that you have already approached the Sessions court vide No. CRPL so and so.. and let him know that parallel proceedings are not allowed under law.
