Nov 2015 judgement of supremecourt to hindu succession act on self acquired property when daughter died on 1998 without claiming in property.and father died on 2000 without any will.My father had two daughters and me only son.If daughters children can claim a share in self acquired property after the supreme court judgement that the law will have no retrospective view.plz answer.
